Once entered they are presented with a number of&amp;nbsp;choices by way of &lt;em&gt;Photo's&lt;/em&gt; on what is available. If you home is not&amp;nbsp;compelling enough to catch&amp;nbsp;their interest, it may be that they will not want to visit it in person. Street Appeal is at 15% of the buying decision. In this market I would make sure that the front has a fresh coat of paint if the weather will allow it.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;
